A mixed bag of experiences that’s trending to the side of good

The entertainment was good and for the most part the property was appealing visually. Also the amount of restaurants to choose from was really good and the staff are farrrrr better now than my first visit a few years ago! Although some more work on professionalism is needed.

The food and drinks were hit or completely miss which it mostly was. The room service food in particular really wasn’t anything to boast about at all in the slightest . Also the time it took to actually get the food was really bad in one instance almost 3 hours! However the restaurant food at Route 66 was really good and at Sugar Cane. So more work is needed on the food aspect

Wonderful

The resort was absolutely beautiful! There were so many restaurants & events there I did not have to leave the resort! The staff was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping literally mopped the floors everyday.

There were no vegan protein options like tofu available.

Exceptional Service!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Guess services did a splendid job of listening to us and making the appropriate adjustment regarding an issue we had with our room placement. Some staff members stood out. Jessyann of guess services was very professional and went over and beyond to ensure our comfort. Vicky, also of Guess Services was very pleasant to interact with. Ackiela and Jerraine of the Captain's Market Restaurant were always cheerful and welcoming to us. Sapphire of entertainment and Brandon Jai of the Bell services were pleasant and helpful. Our stay was a very enjoyable one.

The selection of fruits and pastries could be broader.

Overall staff was pleasant and very hospitable however the food was subpar.

Beautiful property with great view and amenities

Most restaurants close at 10 and the food was subpar in the reserved dining restaurants. Food was often delivered cold.

Entertainment was good, food was ok

Hallways and elevators were dirty. Top shelf drinks were not available at all bars. Sports bar didn’t have top shelf. Housekeeping was a joke. Never given enough towels.

The food was generally excellent

Most of the staff. Food surpassed my expectations. Privilege lounge and staff. Being able to book restaurants using the app.

Rocks to enter the sea. Slow butler service. Poor check in which was at 3pm but we had to wait until 4pm despite being Privilege

Wonderful stay with a terrible beach.

The various options for dining, the rooms were lovely, the staff was exceptionally well trained and friendly.

THE BEACH! It was terrible. It had literal rocks everywhere in the water and you can’t swim in it. As a Caribbean person, this was a HUGE let down to an otherwise wonderful stay.

Best stay ever!!

I met some of the most gracious staff at Ocean Eden. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything u need. & cater to your needs. Odainia who works with customer service hrlp.me get a cake for my cousin bday and reservation at the hibachi restaurant. She should be awarded for her exceptional customer service and friendly manner. Nothing was never a problem or too hard for her to do. Samantha is a beautiful young lady at check in and check out. She was very friendly and very helpful she should get a promotion. Alot of the staff was exceptional some of the names I csnt remember.

There is nothing really that I didn't like.

Awesome! Just do not book with Booking.com

Loved the ambience and the staff - the staff was very attentive also. Had a wide selection of restaurants. The fact that there was an adults only side. The views were magnificent.

The beach needs work. The restaurants could be better - it's not terrible but it's alright. If you're Jewish, SDA, or Muslim you won't have much food offerings
